The Boulders offers our guests comfortable accomodations at a reasonable price. All (but one - noted below) of our units offer a beautiful lake view from their private screened porches.
Our units are as follows:
"Squam Sweet" -an efficiency unit, kitchenette, living room with futon, no screened porch, a lakefront bedroom with King sized bed and a large picture window overlooking the lake
2 - Two bedroom knotty pine cottages
1 - One bedroom (two double beds) cottage with a full dine in kitchen, large living room, nice road side yard
2 - two bedroom/two bath, 3 room efficiencies a center living room/kitchenette a BR to the left and right, each with their own bath
2 - two bedroom/1 bath efficiencies cozy living room/kitchenette
11 - standard motel rooms, two double beds, mini fridge, bathroom
2 - standard motel rooms, single queen bed, mini fridge, bathroom
1 - mini efficiency - one double bed, dining area, kitchenette, bath (this unit can be combined with a standard 2 dbl motel room for larger families
Our Cottages are free standing buildings on the property
Efficiency units are in shared buildings
Motel rooms are in buildings of 7 units each.
