The Boulders Motel & Cottages is the only direct lakefront resort on Squam Lakes. Distinctly the largest & oldest resort on New Hampshire’s beautiful Squam Lakes, we take great pride in preserving its “lake life” charm for generations to enjoy. We are located in the town of Holderness on 600 lakefront feet of “Golden Pond”. With 100 feet of sandy beach shoreline, our guests lazily spend the day sunning themselves in the comfort of our lounge chairs, catching up with friends & family in our Adirondack chairs, enjoying lakeside family picnics or dozing off in a lakefront hammock. In the evening, gather around a beachside fire pit for toasting marshmallows (making s’mores!), sharing stories and sing-a-longs.
Squam Lakes are New Hampshire’s second largest lakes. For the outdoor enthusiasts, Squam Lakes offers 10 miles of open waterway to sail, motor or paddle to enjoy 65 miles of shoreline & 67 islands to view.
Squam offers outstanding bass, salmon and trout fishing in the crystal clear waters.
